A SAP energy report determines the energy rating of your property using calculations set by the Government's Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP).  The property's energy efficiency is rated on a scale of 1-100 points.  The greater the points, the more energy efficient the property is.

The SAP energy report will comment on the following:

• How energy efficient your new home will be.
• What the annual fuel bill is likely to be for your new home.
• The current level of Carbon Dioxide emissions from your new home.
• What steps you can take to increase the energy efficiency of your home, including pay-back years.
• The likely cost to improve the energy efficiency of your new home.
