It focuses on essentials - defects and problems which are urgent or significant and thus have an effect on the value of the property, although it includes other valuable information. It is suitable for houses, flats and bungalows built after 1900 which are conventional in type and construction and are in apparently reasonable condition. The Home Buyers Survey and Valuation Report is designed to assist you to: - Make an informed judgement on whether or not to proceed;

- Provide 'actual advice' before exchanging contracts.
